Subscription Terms
Please read these Subscription Terms carefully. They outline the terms and conditions governing your access to the Dolphin app materials. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us via the Support Center.

These terms are incorporated by reference into the Dolphin™ Terms and Conditions and form part of the agreement between you, the user, and Dolphin application, available via Google Play (“App”).
1. Trial
We may offer a paid trial subscription for services within the App. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee displayed on the payment screen, and your trial will convert into a paid subscription.
2. Subscription
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, or another selected option) unless canceled.
3. Payment Method
The payment method provided at the time of purchase will be used for the next charge of payment upon confirmation.
4. Cancellation
Canceling your trial or subscription stops automatic renewal, but you will retain access to all features until the current billing period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

You can cancel your trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends. Subscription management is solely your responsibility. Visit Google’s support page for further guidance on canceling subscriptions.
5. Changes
Where permitted by law, we may modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable notice through the app, email, or another prominent method. If you do not agree to the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under applicable laws. If you are unsure whether you qualify for a refund, feel free to contact our support team at the email address below, and we will work together to find the best solution.

Please note that refunds do not apply in the following cases:
  • Personal reasons (e.g., you dislike the product or it did not meet your expectations).
  • Financial reasons (e.g., you were unaware of the charge, the trial converting into a subscription, the automatic renewal, or that the services require payment).
